Vendemmia: A Culinary Journey in Seattle's Dining Scene

Made dinner reservations here. Ordered the hamachi crudo and focaccia as a starter. Tonnarelli and Spaghetti were super delicious!! Braised Short Rib was super tender I did not need a knife. The polenta pairs really well with the short rib. Unfortunately the Agnolotti was all sold out for the night. I would come here again for that. They will also be closed in January2025 for renovation.

I’m never one for absolutes, but Vendemmia has the best tasting menu in Seattle. From portion sizes to variety to to-go boxes packed in between courses; we struck a goldmine. We tried booking for Valentine’s, and even a month beforehand we found ourselves stonewalled. Bookings are likely not as competitive during non- Holiday season. From protein to veggies drizzled in white chocolate to wagyu, each course beautifully complimented the other. They are portioned to perfection- we never felt too stuffed nor in need of a supplement. As a wine snob, I was impressed. I don’t even like Chardonnay, but I liked their pairing. Happy Dining to all!

Had a belated birthday dinner here last night. What a treat! First time dining here and was not disappointed. Such a genuine warm greeting and very attentive service. Tasty unique cocktails, delicious pastas, snap pea and crab salad, and halibut. Such an enjoyable evening. I’ll be back soon. Thank you!

It’s rare to find a place that masterfully balances an elegant atmosphere with genuine, dog-friendly hospitality—but here, it’s simply effortless. The real magic, however, lies in the people. My waiter Carlos was not just attentive but truly passionate about the offerings, guiding me with an expert’s touch through the wine list. His suggestion was nothing short of inspired—perfectly attuned to my palate, elevating the meal before it even began. When my dish arrived, it was a visual masterpiece, a testament to the care and artistry of the chef. The ingredients sang with freshness: plump strawberries, creamy ricotta, and fragrant basil combined to create flavors that lingered delightfully on the tongue. But the true star of the show was Carlos himself. His presence radiated joy and genuine hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure both my canine companions and I were comfortable, transforming what could have been a tired afternoon into a dreamy, memorable delight. I left this fabulous place not just satisfied, but inspired—already eager to return and explore more of the menu. We tried out Vendemmia with friends on a chilly Thursday night. It was easy to make a reservation online and it was busy when we showed up. Service throughout our meal was fast and very helpful - our waiter had great suggestions and comments. The recommended bottle of wine we grabbed was delicious specifically. All of the dishes we received were similarly tasty, with a great mix of New American style appetizers and pasta dishes. Absolutely would come back!

It was a busy Saturday early evening. We ordered several dishes for the group to share. The food was delicious. We waited for the dishes to come out longer than expected but they were worth the wait. The pastas were surprisingly good. We wish the portion size could be bigger so we ordered extra for the group!

很好!Had a great time. Great for a nice night out with friends out for date night. Drinks were very enjoyable and went well with the handmade pastas. Dishes had a lot of care and I enjoyed the American-Italian style for a laid back but very well put together dinner. One of those places you keep coming back to.

The food was delicious- particularly the pork chop! Two of us shared the larger pork chop order and at 55, it was the best value order I've ever gotten at a nicer restaurant in Seattle, and probably the best pork chop I've ever had in my life. The tagliatelle pasta was also delicious and not too heavy, even though it had lamb with it. We didn't have any room for dessert, but everything else was fantastic.
